摘要: Zur Fraktionierung der Human-plasmaproteine wurde DEAE-Sephadex A-25 verwendet und die Fraktionen I–VI durch Immuno- Starkegelelektrophorese charakterisiert. Nach Eluierung proteinreichen 1. Fraktion wurden zahlreiche Glykoproteine gefunden Abtrennung von α1-Praalbumin erreicht.
