摘要: An apparatus is disclosed for salvaging a patient's own blood during intraoperative surgical procedures and reinfusing the blood, washed filtered, to patient substantially continuously, on-line in real-time. The comprises suction means, admixing means aspirated with washing fluid, filtering admixture through an emboli filter, monitoring measuring amount of cellular component volume aspirated, filtered filtration removing excess fluid impurities from reinfusion introducing free emboli. structured introduce proportion measured hematocrit level that aspirated. Methods are priming system, cleaning flushing clots debris by reverse reinfusion. automated control system operation also disclosed.
