摘要: A nanodiamonds-based anti-cancer drug targeted delivery system, Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF)–nanodiamonds (NDs)–cisplatin (ENC) bioconjugate was developed. Due to the effect of specific biorecognition process EGF (a kind targeting molecule), human liver hepatocellular carcinoma (HepG2) cells could be selectively killed by ENC even in a lower concentration cisplatin drug) comparing traditional therapy. The cytotoxicity blocked EGFR antibody cancer cells, revealing specificity its ability. Because morphological change HepG2 treated observed, from epithelial mesenchymal-like shape, related mechanism evaluated. results showed that E-cadherin expression declined after treatment, while vimentin did not change. decrease means loss cell–cell adhesion.
