Acute renal failure in IgA nephropathy.

摘要: Twenty-five (3%) of 865 patients with IgA nephropathy presented acute renal failure (ARF). These were matched 25 in the same series who irreversible impairment. Patients had a significantly higher incidence macroscopic hematuria and red blood cells tubules. Conversely, greater percentage > or = 40% sclerosed glomeruli. The long-term prognosis for presenting ARF appears excellent only 1 (4%) patient developing chronic after mean follow-up 65 months. Mechanisms are discussed.
