摘要: Web-based collaboration platforms present construction project teams with an opportunity to improve the efficiency of document exchange, better control communications and enhance team collaboration. However, many professionals are still not convinced that these platforms, in their current form, fit-for-purpose yield sufficient efficiencies for procurement process. In attempt ICT diffusion process, this paper evaluates implementation a web-based tool on Lane Cove Tunnel (LCT) Sydney, Australia. Moreover, provides strategies achieving more effective sector.
