摘要: We present a cellular neuronal network (CNN) based approach to classify magnetic resonance images with and without hippocampal or Ammon's horn sclerosis (AHS) in the medial temporal lobe. A CNN combines architecture of automata artificial neural networks is an array locally coupled nonlinear electrical circuits cells, which capable processing large amount information parallel real time. Using exemplary database that consists number volumes interest extracted from T1-weighted 144 subjects we here demonstrate allows brain tissue respect presence absence mesial sclerosis. Results indicate general feasibility CNN-based computer-aided systems for diagnosis classification generated by medical imaging systems.
