摘要: Although previous studies have reported that onset at young age is associated with poor prognosis in breast cancer, the correlation between reproductive factors, cancer characteristics, and remains unclear. Five hundred twenty-six premenopausal women diagnosed primary invasive January 2000 December 2007 were included this study. Patients classified into four groups according to their history: who gave birth within 2 years (group A), 3 5 previously B), more than C), nulliparous N). The time since last childbirth diagnosis, histopathological tumor features, was evaluated. Breast patients had given recently advanced stage tumors; larger sized a higher rate of axillary lymph node metastases; histological grade; increased progesterone receptor (PgR)-, HER2+, triple negative tumors less or not all. Group A significantly shorter survival times both C N (log rank test; p < 0.001). After adjusting for hazard ratio death group 2.19 compared (p = 0.036), adjusted restricted hormone-receptor-positive, HER2- 3.07 0.011). Young aggressive features worse prognoses nulliparous.
