摘要: The CRC program was designed to understand the genetic and non-genetic factors affecting beef quality. This contract presents an overview of CRC's progeny tests for quality traits net feed intake. There is scope significant improvement retail yield percentage marbling in temperate tropically adapted breeds, using crossbreeding within-breed selection. greater tenderness breeds than breeds. research on genetics efficiency gene marker technologies offer potential benefits, but are yet be exploited. studies highlight approaches improving eating beef.
