摘要: Human CD8+CD28− T suppressor cells were previously shown to be involved in the control of immune response transplanted allografts. It seems essential examine how immunosuppressive drugs influence these cells. However, population contains both (Ts) and cytotoxic (Tc) cells, phenotype Ts subpopulation has not been identified explicitly. is proposed that transcription factor FOXP3 may helpful distinguishing Tc subpopulations. The aim this study was evaluate cyclosporine A (CsA) rapamycin (RAPA) on level, properties, human vitro. model used mixed leukocyte reaction performed with peripheral blood mononuclear from healthy volunteers. observed cultures CsA or RAPA had similar properties cultures, although influenced expression FOXP3. did interfere vitro, they affected molecule.
