摘要: Abstract Native etheric oil extracts were concentrated by dealcoholisation of 50 vol% alcoholic chamomile extracts. Selective alcohol reduction pervaporation through hydrophobic polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) layered membranes resulted in retentates with ethanol contents down to 0.4 vol%. Chamomile separated and enriched on the feed side without permeation membranes. Semicontinuous showed comparison vacuum distillation or reverse osmosis a virtually complete recovery components hydrophilic flavanoids. Quantitative GC HPLC analysis confirmed reproducible standard all concentration factor β 2:1 ( c retentate: feed). Fugacity thermolability required permeate deep freeze condensation below 10 mbar.
