Beneficial effect of total flavonoids of Chrysanthemum indicum on adjuvant arthritis by induction of apoptosis of synovial fibroblasts

摘要: OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect on extract of total flavonoids Chrysanthemum indicum (TFC) adjuvant arthritis synovial cells. METHOD SD rats were divided randomly into six groups including normal, model, TFC (84, 168, 336 mg x kg(-1)) and control drug Tripterygium glycosides (30 groups. Adjuvant rat model was induced by a single intradermal injection 0.1 mL complete Freund's right hind feet pads rats. The proliferation synoviocyte measured MT; apoptosis rates cells evaluated using TUNEL FCM analysis. RESULT resulted in dose-dependent way inhibiting inducing synovium synoviocytes vivo. CONCLUSION can inhibit induce cells, exert therapeutical rheumatoid arthritis.
