摘要: Bromodomain containing protein 4 (BRD4), a member of the bromodomain and extra terminal domain (BET) family, has been shown to play important roles in tumor progression. However, its role non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is still largely unknown. Here, we found that BRD4 expression was significantly upregulated NSCLC tissues lines with higher invasion metastasis potentials. Suppression impaired invasion, inhibited proliferation, accelerated apoptosis. Clinically, observed level related histological type, lymph node metastasis, stage differentiation. More importantly, high closely correlated poor prognosis patients. Therefore, our study suggests one major contributors invasion-prone phenotype NSCLC, potential therapeutic target NSCLC.
