摘要: For purposes of manpower planning we often need to estimate and predict distributions durations in various grades a company hierarchy. We have developed methodology for fitting stochastic environment data both the non-homogeneous Markov system (S-NHMS) semi-Markov (S-NHSMS). These models provide means describing changes between contiguous periods. may therefore simultaneously model process underlying particular homogeneous time period governing movements such periods, thus providing description heterogeneity. then make predictions future staff through system.
