摘要: Supramolecular host–guest interactions of oxazine-1 dye with β- and γ-cyclodextrins (βCD γCD, respectively) have been investigated in neutral aqueous solution (pH ∼ 7) at ambient temperature (∼25 °C) following absorption, fluorescence, circular dichroism measurements. The forms inclusion complexes both CDs, causing significant changes its photophysical properties. Whereas fluorescence titration data for lower concentrations fit well 1:1 stoichiometric complexes, the time-resolved results indicate formation a small extent 1:2 (dye–host) as well, especially higher CD concentrations. moderate range binding constant values present systems indicates weaker hydrophobic interaction responsible complex these systems.
