摘要: We developed a transgenic potato (TrP/R7) expressing the recombinant R7 (rR7) antigen for use as an oral vaccine to protect against chicken protozoan disease, leucocytozoonosis. The TrP/R7 was produced by Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation and regeneration, gene insertion into chromosomes confirmed genomic polymerase chain reaction Southern hybridization. rR7 expression in also sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay western blotting using antibody second-generation schizont of Leucocytozoon caulleryi. A clone with highest (3 µg per gram fresh-weight leaves) selected, cultivated, used administration experiments examine its ability boost immunity. Chickens were immunized leucocytozoonosis "Hokken" injection, chickens that moderate levels titres fed leaves. leaves showed increased responses. In contrast, non-transgenic continuous decrease titres. Furthermore, strong resistance experimental challenge L. caulleryi infection. This study demonstrates plant-based immunity disease.
