摘要: Abstract Chalcogenide glasses are defined as a new category of non-crystalline solids on the basis their characteristic covalent bonds and unique properties, such broad infrared transmission window, low maximum phonon energy, high optical nonlinearity, semiconductivity, photosensitivity. Inspired by great successes that have been achieved in development oxide glass-ceramics, functionalized chalcogenide glass-ceramics received intensive research attention. Moreover, inherent properties explored modified through controlled crystallization, to generate novel features. This review aims present critical overview current state art controllable fabrication glass-ceramics. The first section provides brief introduction succeeding sections detail strategies with various functions different precipitated crystals microstructures. discussion mechanism underlie resultant Furthermore, crystallization mechanisms discussed comparison molecular-scale nanoscale phase separation assisted oxyfluoride glasses. Finally, remain presents key questions unanswered, well provide perspectives future trends.
