摘要: A new Swedish leadership theory of "leadership intelligence" (Ronthy, 2006; 2013) is characterized by a work integrated learning approach. This arose from analysis the experiences managers trained in performance appraisals, and describes balance between being leader manager. develops uses, an integrative good balance, intelligence, which comprises emotional rational intelligence spiritual intelligence. The aim this study was to further develop Leadership Intelligence Questionnaire (LIQ) created Ronthy (which has been developed measure intelligence), examine its reliability. Over 400 leaders, aged 21 69 years completed 71-item LIQ. shorter, 32-item version LIQ confirmatory factor thorough excluding psychometrically "poor" items. internal consistency measured Cronbach’s alpha high (> .80), we conclude that may be reliably with both versions questionnaire. Future studies should external validity before introduction into education or managerial practice.
