摘要: The importance of the seed bank as a regenerative strategy in disturbed mires and viability seeds spores peat stratigraphy on two drained were studied prior to restoration. Most seedlings developed from surface sample but still viable occurred deepest layer sampled (50 cm). Germination seeds, however, remained low. Six species vascular plants: Betula pubescens Ehrh., Eriophorum vaginatum L., Rubus chamaemorus Vaccinium myrtillus V. uliginosum Andromeda polifolia L. with maximum 367 per m germinated. these plants seems be vegetative expansion adventitious roots buried propagules rather than germination seeds. It was found, that some profile may preserve their for centuries.
