摘要: A novel and green hybrid of pipette tip micro solid-phase extraction (PT-μSPE) supported liquid (SLE) was tailored established for efficient sensitive determination 17β-estradiol (E2) in water samples. The design used chitin as a solid phase PT-μSPE applies the SLE principle on it extraction. analytical setup termed chitin-supported tip-micro (CPT-μLE). E2 is highly active environmental endocrine disruptor, widely spread environment, thus relevant to develop noble method its monitoring at trace concentrations water. detection quantification were performed via HPLC-UV. Under optimal conditions, showed excellent linearity lower scale range 0.02-20 ng mL-1, correlation coefficient (R2) value 0.9958. limit quantitation (LOQ) (LOD) 0.01 mL-1 0.008 respectively, with inter-day intra-day precision 3.2-5.1% 3.6-4.8%, respectively. successfully applied real Overall, simple, rapid, technically innovative, cost-effective, sensitive, environment friendly, efficient. Furthermore, this should allow easy expansion pharmaceutical biological Finally, approach proposes new direction sample pre-treatment advancements act reference other analysis various emerging contaminants matrices.
