Non-saturated cyclic softening and uniaxial ratcheting of a high-strength steel: Experiments and viscoplastic constitutive modeling

摘要: Abstract The aim of the present investigation is to construct a constitutive model suitable for describing cyclic behavior 10Ni5CrMoV high-strength steel, which displays both softening and asymptotic ratcheting. Uniaixal tests monotonic loading, symmetrical asymmetrical strain cycling stress controlled loading are conducted. Results reveal that material exhibits non-saturated with combined nonlinear linear rates, isotropic kinematic hardening responsible softening. A long period steady-state ratcheting has been experimentally detected. Cyclic found have considerable effect on uniaxial material. Significantly larger yield than at also observed. dependence amplitude revealed by low-high sequence test. Based experimental findings, new extended from Abdel-Karim–Ohno constructed steel. identification procedure parameters scrutinized critically quantifying contributions Verification proposed achieved simulating tests.
