摘要: Left ventricular and coronary cineangiography are regarded as the definite procedures for confirmation of cardiac disease. These invasive produce high resolution, dynamic images left ventricle arteries, respectively. The angiograms may provide clinician with detailed information about anatomy, wall motion abnormalities allow computation volume global regional ejection fraction. Likewise, cineangiograms assessment presence severity artery In routine clinical practice, angiographic data still interpreted visually, which results in significant inter- intraobserver variations. Moreover, judged by can only be expressed relative terms. It was recognized at an early stage, that quantitation such would extremely desirable a number reasons: (1) availability objective measurements; (2) communication between comparison from different centers greatly facilitated; (3) state disease given patient much better characterized. To obtain measurements angiograms, many groups have been active over last fifteen years development methods quantitative analysis cineangiograms. efforts first directed towards manual, semi- fully-automated outlining boundaries subsequent these terms volume, fraction, well motion. At later point time, or boundary definition arteries were being developed.
