Base line correction method and apparatus

摘要: In a solvent gradient liquid chromatography system, base line shift is compensated by operating the system in calibrate cycle with desired program while subtracting and recording digital form correction factors sufficient to maintain flat at timed intervals during program, then successively recalling said corresponding time run test sample converting analog converted from output signal for correction.
