摘要: We have synthesized Ba0.85Ca0.15Zr0.10Ti0.88Sn0.02O3 (BCZT-Sn)-cement composites. They were prepared as BCZT-Sn to cement ratios of 90–10% and 85–15% by weight. The larger fraction ceramic was used minimize the losses in open circuit voltage found be 0.75 V, 0.56 V 0.4 for pure, 10% 15% composites, respectively. current also measured across resistances 1 3 MΩ, obtained voltages lower composites compared pure BCZT-Sn. Nonetheless, they remain promising candidates over traditional pyroelectric materials device applications owing their advantages, such (1) these can made without any sintering process (2) shape size. studied relative permittivity, which influences performance devices.
