摘要: Background: Vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGFA) is essential in tumour angiogenesis, and polymorphisms the VEGFA gene have been associated with breast cancer prognosis. The human epidermal receptor 2 (HER2) overexpressed tumours also angiogenesis. We investigated possible prognostic impact of single nucleotide (SNPs) patients HER2-positive primary cancer. Patients Methods: DNA was isolated from venous blood samples 116 genotyped for -2578C>A, -1498T>C, -1154G>A, -634G>C, -7C>T +936C>T SNPs using TaqMan ® SNP Genotyping Assay. Results: -2578C>A -634G>C genotypes were size, p≤0.014. In univariate analysis -2578CC, -634CC -7CC inferior recurrence-free survival (p≤0.028) but cox multivariate analysis, only genotype remained an independent (p=0.008). Conclusion: found to be prognosis a very potent pro-angiogenic factor, metastasis (1). expression induced by hypoxia (2) protein interacts its membrane-bound tyrosine kinase receptors, VEGFR1 VEGFR2. Ligand binding mediates intracellular
