摘要: A theoretical model predicting production of hot electrons in the high-frequency field surface-wave-produced plasmas is presented. The fast-particle generation caused by radial component surface-wave electric near boundary discharge a mechanism so far not considered. As result acceleration, due to interaction with and energy loss excitation ionization atoms main volume plasma, hot-electron tail distribution function formed. proposed described for cases when wave frequency larger than electron collision frequency.
