摘要: Speckle tracking echocardiography offers a unique opportunity to evaluate myocardial function, and global longitudinal strain (GLS) is currently recommended as measurement of left ventricular function. To facilitate clinical applicability the method, collective efforts have been made standardise measurements raise awareness potential sources variability. The purpose this review familiarise reader with most common variability detail possible measures increase accuracy reproducibility parameters.
