摘要: Lung cancer is the leading cause of mortality for men and its incidence increasing women (Greenlee et al. 2001). The WHO pathologic description malignant tumours classifies lung cancers into four groups (WHO, 1999): small cell cancer, squamous carcinoma, primary adenocarcinoma, large carcinoma. Small has neuroendocrine properties which confer to this tumour specific biological clinical features. From a prognostic therapeutic point view, carcinomas, adenocarcinomas, carcinomas are pooled in non-small group. This oversimplified concept been changed recently by results pathological studies demonstrating that mixed frequent (Breteron 1978; Yesner Carter, 1982). study serum markers should take account heterogeneity.
