摘要: Water is an essential resource for human survival. As a Turkish businessman commented, “Countless millions of people have lived without love, but none water.“1 not only survival, also thriving. Yet humans and most plants animals use to can tolerate narrow range impurities in the water they consume. Furthermore, quantity available on planet remains essentially unchanged unchangeable. Therefore, usable has always been scarce valuable commodity.
