摘要: Fibroblasts constitute the majority of stromal cells within bovine mammary gland, yet functional contributions these to mastitis and fibrosis mechanism are poorly understood. In this study, we demonstrate that inflammation-associated fibroblasts (INFs) extracted from glands with clinical had different expression pattern regarding several extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins, chemokines cytokines compared normal (NFs) dairy cows during lactation. The INFs induced epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) inflammatory responses epithelial in a vitro co-culture model. These were mediated through their ability secrete cell-derived factor 1 (SDF-1). SDF-1 was highly secreted/expressed by INFs, lipopolysaccharide (LPS) -treated NFs, lipoteichoic acid (LTA) as well mastitic tissue counterparts. Exogenous promoted EMT on activating NF-κB pathway, inflammation response inhibited proliferation cells. addition, able induce slight mouse which attenuated specific inhibitor receptor SDF-1. Our findings indicate contribute secretion SDF-1, could result spread gland.
