摘要: This study investigated the effect of tilt and observer reliability on radiographic measurements position a prosthetic acetabular cup in seven dry bone pelves using teardrop as landmark. Coronal or sagittal more than five degrees was easily recognisable there effectively no variation up to this limit. In addition, 90 out 100 randomly selected antero-posterior pelvic radiographs from an outpatient department were not significantly rotated 93 demonstrated clearly defined teardrop. Measurements about routine are therefore sufficiently accurate allow assessment position.
