摘要: The intramolecular Diels-Alder approach to synthesizing eunicellins has proved be a powerful method for the synthesis of this class natural products. key success strategy is control over endo/exo selectivity cycloaddition reaction, which we have addressed through an organocatalytic reaction employing MacMillan imidazolidinone catalyst. This been further developed address issue functionality at C8 position, and novel scalable extension medium-ring lactone developed.
