摘要: Summary 1 The hepatotoxicity of chloramphenicol in normal goats after i. v. injection a therapeutic dose (40 mg./kg. b. wt.) was studied by measuring CHE, GPT, GOT and γ-GT activities serum. 2 CHE significantly declined 1–48 hours medication. Zusammenfassung Enzymatischer Nachweis der Hepatotoxizitat von Chloramphenicol bei Ziegen 1 Durch Bestimmung Aktivitat und wurde die (therapeutische Dosen 40 mg/kg. Kgew. v.) gesunden Ziegen untersucht. 2 Die zeigte innerhalb ersten Stunden nach Medikation eine signinkante Senkung.
