摘要: Creativity is a critical success factor in organizational effectiveness. Little research has been devoted to understanding the role that attitudes play creativity. Most largely theoretical. Tangible creative results require skilled behaviors. Creative open the doors such behaviors and can be deliberately developed and measured. Empirically supported models of mechanisms by which specific directly contribute trigger creativity are provided. These important for organizations learn if they truly desire incorporate into their culture rather than just talk about it.
