摘要: A correlation of the catalytic properties three supported Pt catalysts with their physical properties, chemical composition, and adsorption is presented. The 0.75 wt% Pt/silica, 0.89 Pt/alumina, 0.48 Pt/molybdena are reported for hydrogenolysis cyclopropane hydrogenations ethene, 1,3-butadiene, 2-butyne. corresponding standard reference catalyst EUROPT-1, a 6.3 comparison. Pt/silica EUROPT-1 each contained fully reduced were chloride free; activities structure-insensitive 1,3-butadiene 2-butyne in proportion to respective dispersions product selectivities identical. This intercatalyst comparison could not be extended ethene hydrogenation because reaction over showed kinetic discontinuity which described detail. Pt/alumina Ptδ+which had effect reducing activity altering selectivity hydrogenation. condition was found under this support reversed. Cyclopropane all four obeyed Bond–Newham rate equation, coefficient varied particle size indicating structure sensitive. Pt/molybdena, only having wide range size, behaved contrasting predictable ways depending upon structure-sensitive or-insensitive nature study.
