摘要: Abstract In order to perform one-shot item storage life and reliability evaluation, a new technique is introduced analyze Quantal-Response data. First, modified model developed overcome the inherent restrictions when Maximum Likelihood Method used Due modification of model, simple iterative procedure then adopted improve precision estimates, with test A numerical example given demonstrate applicability this technique. It shown that proposed will provide practical tool evaluate items.
