摘要: Wearable devices and ambient sensors can monitor a growing number of aspects daily life work. We propose to use this context data as content for learning applications in workplace settings enable employees reflect on experiences from their Learning by reflection is essential today’s dynamic work environments, have adapt behavior according experiences. Building research computer-supported reflective well persuasive technology, inspired the Quantified Self community, we present an approach design tools supporting at turning information collected through into content. The proposed has been implemented evaluated with care staff home voluntary crisis workers. In both domains, tailored wearable were designed evaluated. evaluations show that participants learned reflecting based recorded context. results highlight potential support itself outline lessons sensor-based capturing methods learning.
