摘要: The semiamorphous three-dimensional networks of polymeric Na, K, Li, and Mg aluminosilicates both poly(sialate) poly(sialate-siloxo) type, collectively known as geopolymers, harden at 20-120 C are similar to thermoset resins, but stable up 1200-1400 without shrinkage. A wide variety alkaline-resistant inorganic reinforcements, notably SiC fibers, have been combined with geopolymer matrices yield nonburning, nonsmoking high-temperature composites. An fiber-reinforced K-poly(sialate-siloxo) matrix, shaped hardened 70 for 1.5 hr, develops flexural mean strengths the order 380 MPa that retained after firing 900 C. 16 references.
