摘要: To investigate the possible role of local tissue kallikrein-kinin system in spermatogenesis, we analyzed gene expression and cellular distribution bradykinin subtype-2 receptor (B(2) receptor) rat testis. Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction revealed B(2) testis primary cultures Sertoli cells peritubular isolated from immature mature rats. In situ hybridization B(2)-receptor mRNA showed intense labeling on base seminiferous tubule, whereas autoradiographic signals gradually decreased toward lumen. Immune histochemistry using testicular sections pubertal adult rats specific staining for protein adluminal compartment tubules, especially pachytene spermatocytes spermatids. This immunostaining varied with stages cycle. The was also observed conclusion, demonstrated a stage-specific different tubules results point to function regulation spermatogenesis.
