摘要: Effect of various chemical pretreatments (HCl, H2SO4, NaOH, H2O2 and NaOH/H2O2) ultrasonication pretreatment for delignification to enhance enzymatic hydrolysis was evaluated Salvinia cucullata. After pretreatment, saccharification carried out using crude cellulase enzymes produced from Trichoderma reesei Rut C30. The alkaline/oxidative gave maximum reducing sugar yield 341.8 mg/g dry biomass. When this S. cucullata used in the pond sewage treatment, oxygen demand, total Kjeldahl nitrogen PO4 removal rates were found be 84.7 ± 3, 84.4 1 94.0 %, respectively, making it possible grow plant oxidation while simultaneously offering adequate treatment sewage. biomass 39 2 t/ha·year observed experiment, with potential produce range 12.6–14.0 biofuels production. Thus, harvested aquatic can biofuel without having conflict agricultural land.
