摘要: BACKGROUND An emphasis on precision health (PH) has stimulated medicine studies to focus the interplay of biological, behavioral, and environmental factors with disease risks, treatments, prognoses, outcomes affecting disparities. It is imperative, as well, that improving equity among underserved populations remains central efforts aims PH. OBJECTIVES The aim if this study was apply transdisciplinary ConNECT Framework: A Model for Advancing Behavioral Medicine Science Practice Foster Health Equity PH by integrating a population agenda reducing METHODS There are five principles: (a) context; (b) fostering norm inclusion; (c) ensuring equitable diffusion innovations; (d) harnessing communication technology; (e) prioritizing specialized training an organizing framework PH, including examples how integrate behavioral socioecological determinants better understand contexts individuals, systems, place design targeted treatments interventions. RESULTS We describe proactive, actionable strategies systematic application Framework principles address via initiative. Context implications nursing research practice also described.
