摘要: Rhinophyma is a benign dermatological disease of the nose which affects primarily Caucasian men in their fifth decade life. Its main characteristic slowly progressive hyperplasia sebaceous glands and adjacent tissue with irregular thickening nasal skin nodular deformation. It defined as end stage acne rosacea. The reasons for patients to seek medical help are cosmetic problems functional impairments such airway obstruction or even difficulty eating. Surgery indisputably treatment choice rhinophyma.
