摘要: Cloud computing describes services and applications that are extended to be accessible through the Internet. Service Level Agreement (SLA) is a contractual agreement has been established between members of Provider (CSP) consists service provider its recipient for specific application based on allocating sharing Resources as (RaaS). In this context, there many parties who very concerning about it, but unfortunately lack common mapping SLA information RaaS best practice guideline can used by CSP in making decision future purposes engaging with cloud environment. Therefore, main goal paper integrate order ensure everybody providing receiving particularly will satisfied getting maximum Return Of Investment (ROI) resources among providers recipients As result, some attributes such reliability, readability standardization Software (SaaS), Platform (PaaS) Infrastructure (IaaS) found high.
