摘要: An increase in the number of circulating endothelial cells (CECs) and bone marrow derived progenitors (CEPs) peripheral blood (PB) is normally associated with vascular injury, repair, neovascularization. These rarely exist PB healthy individuals. Therefore, when they are present individuals, their phenotypes quantity may serve as surrogate diagnostic or prognostic parameters injury and/or an indication tumor growth. elevated level CEPs suggest ongoing repair ischemic injuries angiogenesis. Recently, more advanced techniques for CEC isolation CEP enumeration have become available. In particular, immunobeads fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) been employed success evaluation dysfunctions. CECs potential markers monitoring various diseases, which could help to determine pathological process clinical treatment. this article, we will overview by discussing origins, reviewing methodologies adapted measurement rare events, describing situations CECs/CEPs, correlating them a broad spectrum disease processes.
