摘要: Arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi play a vital role in the succession of plant community, as well enhancement nutrient uptake and stress tolerance their host plants. To obtain better understanding changes AM fungal community composition diversity response to reclamation with vegetation successions, Illumina sequencing was performed samples that were collected from coastal saline-alkaline fields Eastern China. This study consisted 3 stages consisting 2 years (since 2011), 6 2007), 34 1979) combination 4 statuses, namely bare land, seepweed (Suaeda salsa), couch grass (Imperata cylindrical), corn (Zea mays). A total 742 OTUs (Operational Taxonomic Units) 20,474 sequences affiliated Glomeromycota families obtained, Glomeraceae Glomus being most abundant family genus, respectively. Gigasporaceae, second-most dominant family, primarily inhabited land at early stage (2–6 years). With there decreasing trends for both Acaulosporaceae Gigasporaceae an increasing trend Glomeraceae, along soil electrical conductivity (EC) NO3−-N content. The indices Shannon (H'), abundance (ChaoI) dominance (D) also decreased EC or content, Alatalo evenness index (Ea) increased, it inversely correlated pH. Our results clearly showed structure decreases lands during past 30 reclamations.
