摘要: The purpose of this paper is to identify research gaps and potential new topics for in relation the management sustainable building renovation. based on a literature review current It analyses pinpoint main focus areas strengths, as well identifying weakness gaps, which are seen research. emphasis comprehensive renovation projects buildings with holistic sustainability approach. analysis focuses process aspects planning, decision-making, conducting, evaluating projects. result proposal shows dominating developing tools design support measuring environmental performance, while there limited strategies improving productivity processes. Out three pillars sustainability, social least defined, need develop methods make prioritization evaluation all sustainability.
