摘要: Enemy or Threat Courses of Action are produced during Intelligence Preparation the Battlefield, Military Decision Making Process, and as part process Situation Development. Due to overwhelming amount information involved in these processes limited time available intelligence analysts, significant efforts underway develop computer based tools assist processes. For be successful there needs a way for formally representing Enemy/Threat Action. This paper investigates requirements potential solutions this problem using OWL, elements JC3IEDM OWL Time ontology.
