摘要: In this study, a single-fed broadband circularly polarized implantable patch antenna that operates at the 2.4-GHz Industrial, Scientific, and Medical band is designed for biomedical applications. The simulated impedance, axial ratio, radiation patterns are studied in cubic skin phantom. influence of three other tissue models also discussed. An impedance bandwidth 6.2% with 3-dB axial-ratio 8.13% one-layered-skin model. experiments carried out both skin-mimicking gel pork. measured bandwidths 5.45% 5.69%, respectively. Moreover, by setting pork, an as wide 10% can be achieved. To best our knowledge, proposed has widest 2.4 GHz among all reported ones.
