The Origin of Jets in Young Stars

摘要: We discuss in this contribution constraints on the origin of mass-loss from young stars brought by recent observations at high angular resolution (0.1″=14 AU) inner regions winds T Tauri stars. Jet widths and collimation scales, large extent velocity profile as well detection rotation signatures agree with predictions magneto-centrifugal disk wind ejection models. However dynamically cold solutions predict too terminal velocities low jet densities ionisation fractions, suggesting that thermal gradients (originating an accretion heated corona for example) may play important role accelerating flow.
