摘要: A blood protein, pregnancy-associated plasma protein (PAPP-A), has been isolated from the of pregnant women. An antiserum to this prepared and used localize within placenta by immunofluorescence. It was found be inconstantly present in syncytiotrophoblast intervillous fibrin. Neither nor antigen exerts a cytotoxic effect on peripheral lymphocytes, neither affected blastogenic responses lymphocytes mitogens or mixed lymphocyte culture reactions.
