摘要: AbstractThe essential oil composition of leaves and roots twenty individuals wormwood (Artemisia absinthium L.) belonging to different chemotypes has been investigated. They were obtained from two accesions coming Hungarian Spanish wild populations. Essential oils extracted by hydrodistillation analyzed GC/MS GC/FID. Results showed a great individual variability accesions. Based on leaves, three (sabinene + myrcene, β-thujone new sesquiterpene type accounting up 80.8% sesquiterpenic fraction) found in the population ((Z)-β-epoxyocimene (Z)-β-epoxyocimene (Z)-chrysanthemyl acetate types) present one.
